Budding photographers with an eye for a good photo can now enter Hume council’s youth photography competition.
The competition, “How Do you See It?”, is open to young people, between 12 and 18, who live or study in Hume.It offers a chance to win SLR cameras and gift cards.
Council chief executive Domenic Isola says the competition is a fantastic opportunity for young locals to demonstrate their creative talent and passion for photography.
“It’s also a great chance to win fantastic prizes, and most importantly, receive award recognition of your talents within the community,” Mr Isola says.
Up to three photos can be submitted which capture “how you see it”.
“The subject is entirely up to them,” Mr Isola says.
“Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to get creative and take some award-winning pictures.”
Finalist entries will be part of Hume libraries travelling exhibition.
