Snow at Mount Macedon meant winter fun for 19-month-old Tyler and his family.
Recent flurries made for beautiful sights across the region – along with freezing cold mornings.
Three to four centimetres covered the ground in parts of the Ranges on July 12, with temperatures dipping to an icy -5C at Woodend, Carlsruhe, Kyneton and Lancefield last
week.
It wasn’t the first snow of the year for Mount Macedon, with a dusting of snow having arrived earlier in the month.
Temperatures in Melton and Moorabool also dropped below zero on July 14.
With the sun out, the snowmen have all disappeared and the Bureau of Meteorology has forecast no snow falls this week.
