Get ready for some school holiday fun.

Buffalo Sports Stadium in Woodend will be offering a school holiday dance program for children interested in learning hip-hop, acro dance, singing and acting.

Sessions will be held on July 1-3 and July 8-10, between 9am-noon each day.

The program is recommended for children aged between 6-13 years and costs $66 per child for three days.

Creative kids can visit the Kyneton Museum to take part in a crafty shoe decorating workshop suitable for all ages and abilities.

Museum supervisor Alison Buchanan said the workshop took inspiration from the current Ag Art Exhibition at the museum, which shows garments created from farming materials.

Children are encouraged to bring in some old shoes that they’re not using any more and create a new set of shoes with materials supplied by the museum.

For something a little more active, the Kyneton Toyota Sports and Aquatic Centre will have a pool inflatable for children to play on during the school holidays.

The inflatable will be set up on July 8, 10 and 12, between 12.30-2.30pm each day and costs $5.20 per child as part of the pool entry fee.
