A 60-year-old man has died after he fell from his horse in Carlsruhe yesterday.
Police have been told the man was riding his horse along Cobb and Co Road near Anderson Road about 9am.
It is believed the horse was spooked causing the man to fall to the ground.
The Woodend man died at the scene.
Police will prepare a report for the coroner.
