Set the tone for what lies beyond

Who agrees that the flying bugs emerging in warmer weather are never welcome inside our homes? Or that extra home security is always a good thing?

The crew at All Doors and Building Supplies in Sunbury knows all about such things, manufacturing a range of doors to suit every kind of home – whether for security, protection or aesthetic statement.

Security doors to keep out unwanted ‘visitors’ are a specialty of the business, with an offer this month of a free steel-mesh upgrade. The top-notch doors come in styles to suit both contemporary and period homes.

All Doors’ owner and managing director for the past 25 years, Paul Kusel is a cabinet maker by trade and brings his skills to the fore in manufacturing beautiful timber doors.

He and his team can craft their customers a ‘dream door’, in a multitude of looks and functionality.

“One of the first things noticed by visitors and from the street is the front door of a home,” Paul says, “so the choice of one to suit different facades is an important one. It sets the tone of what lies beyond.

“Some people want something simple, to blend in rather than be a feature, so we have a range of security doors – from subtle to fancy, depending on the home’s design.

“Our external timber doors are the same, with styles that complement a particular building era through to ultra-modern designs to enhance today’s look.

“And we also offer many glazing options, including leadlight, as well as gorgeous solid-timber doors.”

Bifold, stacker, french, concertina divider, and vinyl and glass wardrobe doors are all in the repertoire, as well as external doors incorporating wrought-iron work.

Glazing options are plentiful, as are paint colours and stains, while hardware choices include all the leading brands.

“Once a customer selects their door’s features,” Paul continues, “we create it, install it and fit it. We also offer a pre-finishing service.”

Paul describes All Doors as an “all-you-need, one-stop” place for doors and their bits, whether for a new home or a fresh look for an existing residence. Expert advice comes free of charge, as do measures and estimates.

All Doors extends its service across Melbourne and to surrounding suburbs of Gisborne, Macedon, Romsey, Woodend, Lancefield and all places in between.
