Kingsfield’s latest release offers tranquil living in Sunbury

Sunbury master planned estate Kingsfield, located on Lancefield Road, has released its first land offering for 2023 with 11 lots available in the environmentally conscious development.

Created by Victorian based developers, Moremac Property Group, Kingsfield’s latest release offers land lots ranging from 400square metres to a generously sized 518square metres.

The release is located in Kingsfield’s Creekside neighbourhood, one of seven precincts within the estate.

Creekside offers a high proportion of sought-after, corner blocks and lush, expanses of conservation reserves and wetlands surrounding homes.

A home at Kingsfield provides an abundance of natural surrounds with over 130 hectares of the 275 hectare estate dedicated to green space, unique to master planned communities around Sunbury.

Residents have direct access to spacious parks, sports grounds and play equipment allowing for plenty of opportunities for the community to gather and meet one another in their new neighbourhood.

Additionally, purchasers can expect convenient living with a town centre including major retailers, along with a planned primary school.

Bordering Emu Creek, the project is championing sustainability through a number of innovate features, including an East Coast residential first with Reconophalt, a new recycled asphalt, used for road construction.

Reconophalt contains TonerPlas (soft plastics and printer toner), RAP (recycled asphalt), recycled oil and can contain recycled glass. The TonerPlas, RAP, oil and glass are all 100 per cent recycled and mixed with an asphalt mix for a more environmentally friendly finish.

“We’re in the unique position of offering land with so much open space which is an attractive feature and helps us sell the product,” said Lachlan Moore sales and marketing director at Moremac.

“Couple that with the sustainability initiatives in place, Kingsfield makes for an attractive prospect for first home buyers and we hope to see our positive sales trends continue.”

Lots are available for purchase now. For more information, enquire at kingsfieldsubury.com.au, email enquiries@kingsfieldsunbury.com.au or call 0448 003 639.
