Aussies encouraged to join the Great Dunny Hunt

Australians are being asked to help out with the Great Dunny Hunt of 2022 for the Continence Foundation of Australia.

The Great Dunny Hunt is designed to assist the one in four Australians that experience incontinence by identifying as many public toilet facilities as possible.

The Continence Foundation of Australia is raising awareness of the issues those with incontinence issues face daily, such as struggling to leave their homes for everyday activities due fear of the lack of toilet facilities.

As part of the Great Dunny Hunt, Australians, such as residents of Sunbury and the Macedon Ranges, are being asked to update details of their local public toilets on the National Public Toilet Map to help other users identify which public toilet suits their individual needs quickly and easily.

It is estimated that more than five million Australians are affected by incontinence and 38 per cent of people with a disability struggle with incontinence.

The hunt will run until World Continence Day on June 20, anyone who contributes can go into the draw to win one of three $500 Eftpos gift vouchers.
