Police are appealing for witnesses after a man suffered facial injuries after being punched in the head several times in Sunbury late last month.
The Sunbury man, 41, was involved in an argument with two men at the intersection of Evans and Brooks streets about 2.15am on June 21.
Police said one of the men then punched the 41-year-old to the head several times.
Investigators believe the men then got into a taxi, travelling a short distance to a nearby gaming venue.
Police have released CCTV images of two men they would like to speak to.
