Five goals from Jack Sheahan weren’t enough for Sunbury Lions to take the points against Bacchus Marsh in the Ballarat Football League.
The Lions were on the back foot in the first quarter and any chance they had of a win went out the window when they failed to kick a goal in the third.
The final score: 24.8 (152)-11.11 (77).
David Kovacevic and Matt Medcraft were best for the Lions in the loss. Sunbury is eighth on the ladder ahead of a clash with leader North Ballarat City.
