Woodend bushfire safety session

Woodend CFA will be hosting a Bushfire Safety Session for residents.

Join members of the Woodend CFA and hear some lessons they’ve learnt from fighting the recent Harcourt fire and how Woodend residents can prepare as the fire season continues.

Come for an informal drink, conversation with other locals and the CFA, and ask your questions about being safe this fire season.

The event is held in the upstairs room of The Victoria Hotel, Woodend. Drinks and food are available for purchase at the bar.

A collection tin will be available for anyone wanting to donate to a relief appeal for those who lost their homes in Harcourt.

The event is free, but RSVPs are required for numbers.
