Virtual reality fun at Sheffield Park, Sunbury

Sunbury children can enjoy an exciting 3D augmented reality experience at Sheffield Park this week.

The free Magical Park app, available for Android and iOS devices, allows players to uncover a secret world full of creatures and characters as they roam around Sheffield Park.

Designed for children aged 6-11 years old, the app encourages users to be active and run around the park collecting virtual kittens, training dragons and playing with a life-size robot.

The app does not contain advertising or purchases and can only be used within 70 metres of the park.

It is recommended that the app is downloaded via wi-fi at home or at Sunbury library, 51-53 Evans Street, Sunbury.

The app will only work at Sunbury’s Sheffield Park until Sunday, April 15.
