Train services affected by fire

No trains will be running along the Bendigo Line.

V/Line services along the Bendigo line will continue to be significantly impacted as crews assess and repair damage due to the bushfires in the Harcourt area, with no trains currently running on the line.

A limited coach replacement service will operate between Sunbury and Castlemaine on Monday 12 January, with passengers advised to catch a Metro Trains service between Sunbury and the city.

Coaches will stop at Clarkefield, Riddells Creek, Gisborne, Macedon, Woodend, Kyneton, Malmsbury and Castlemaine.

The emergency relief centre at Kyneton Toyota Sports & Aquatic Centre has closed as of 9am today, and the centre will reopen to the public at 10am on Monday 12 January.
