Third Sunbury Scouts selling Christmas trees

This December, the Third Sunbury Scouts are selling fresh Christmas trees to fundraise for their group, as they have done for more than 10 years.

Trees can be picked up from the Max Gifford Scout Hall, Miller Street, Sunbury, from 9am-3.30pm on Saturday, December 9, or they can be ordered online and delivered to your home.

The sale of the trees is the group’s biggest fundraiser of the year. Youth members and volunteer leaders and families run the tree-drive to help fund Third Sunbury Scouts’ leader training, new equipment and hall maintenance.

Tree prices start at $50. Delivery is available in Sunbury for $10, and in Bulla, Gisborne, Riddells Creek and Wildwood for $20.

Trees can be pre-ordered by calling Jason 0412 528 274 or John 0403 061 568 and by visiting the website www.3rdsunburyscouts.org.au/christmas-trees

The team will even help with disposing of trees after the festive season on January 6, 2018 for $10-20 depending on location.
