Police have arrested three teenagers following a stabbing in Gisborne on 21 February.
Emergency services responded to reports of a male teen injured on Roberston Street about 3.30pm.
The boy was taken to hospital with serious injuries consistent with a stabbing, police said.
Officers searched the area and arrested three male teens nearby.
All three were interviewed and released pending further investigation into the incident.
According to Macedon Ranges Eyewatch Facebook page, police believe a large group of youths gathered in the Gisborne area for a planned fight, with most attending as bystanders to watch.
Macedon Ranges police said they are continuing to investigate the matter, and urged parents to contact either the Gisborne or Kyneton police stations if they believe their child was involved.
