Sunbury Art Society prepares for 33rd annual show

Sunbury Art Society is eagerly preparing to host its 33rd annual show over the first weekend of May.

Society president Ken Winnell and treasurer Jane Alder, who are both painters, will be among the local artists exhibiting their masterpieces at Sunbury’s Boilerhouse Gallery.

The society is inviting the community to come and enjoy the works of its members.

Entry to the exhibition will be free on Saturday, May 5, and Sunday, May 6, from 10am-4pm. Tickets to the show’s opening night on Friday, May 4, from 7.30pm cost $15 each.

Bookings are required for the opening night. Contact Jane on 0414 983 149. The show will be located at Building 22, Boilerhouse Drive, Jackson’s Hill, Sunbury.
