Future stars from Riddells Creek Cricket Club and Junior Mixed Basketball Association will soon look the part after receiving $1000 for new uniforms and equipment.
The town’s netball association was also handed $690 during a visit by Macedon state Labor MP Mary-Anne Thomas last Wednesday.
They are among 300 clubs sharing in more than $419,000 statewide.
‘‘The sporting club grants program is giving our hard-working clubs the skills and resources they need to grow,’’ Ms Thomas said.
