Macedon Ranges council will be facilitating its annual satisfaction survey until March.
The National Field Services will conduct the survey phoning a sample size of 400 residents across the shire.
“The survey is an important method of assessing Council’s performance across a range of measures and to identify ways to provide improvement or more effective service delivery to residents,” Macedon Ranges council mayor Jennifer Anderson said.
