Sexual assault in Werribee

Police have arrested three men following an alleged sexual assault in Werribee last night.
Investigators said the men approached a woman sleeping under a footbridge near Comben Drive and Barnes Place about 10.10pm and sexually assaulted her.
The woman was taken to hospital for treatment.

Three men are presently in police custody and are expected to be interviewed today by detectives from the Footscray Sexual Offences and Child Abuse Investigation Team.
