Riddells Creek and Lancefield neighbourhood houses will receive $50,000 and $100,000 respectively if Labor is re-elected on November 26.
Macedon MP Mary-Anne Thomas made the announcement on Friday and said the best communities were the ones which made you feel welcome.
“Thanks to this investment in Riddells Creek and Lancefield Neighbourhood Houses, locals will be able to better enjoy these spaces to get together and feel at home,” she said.
“This project will make sure the hardworking volunteers and staff at Riddells Creek and Lancefield Neighbourhood Houses can continue to welcome families into these spaces – exactly what the community deserves.”
