Planned outage

Romsey residents may experience disruptions to their mobile phone reception due to a planned outage.

Telstra has advised residents that the mobile tower located at Park Lane, Romsey will be switched off due to works being conducted on the tower by a third party.

The site will need to be switched off from Monday, July 12 until Monday, July 28 from 7am to 7pm daily.

The Telstra tower at Murphy Street, Romsey will not be affected by the works.

Telstra said where possible customers can use an NBN, Satellite or other broadband connection to access Wi-Fi calling which will allow the mobile to use a Wi-Fi network to make and receive mobile calls.
