Macedon Ranges councils’ Village Project is all about helping the older residents of the region to find connection and build friendships.
Star Weekly went along to the Social Foundry in Kyneton on Tuesday, September 6, to catch up with some of Village Connect’s attendees.
Village Connect takes place on Tuesdays and Thursday at cafes across the municipality, providing information about free or low-cost things to do around the Macedon Ranges, opportunities to learn new skills and a helpful quarterly newsletter about programs, events and health and wellbeing services for over 55s.
