Sunbury’s oldest tennis club is inviting everyone to enjoy free activities, a sausage sizzle and to check out what is has to offer on Saturday.
Mount Carmel Tennis Club committee member Hector Bujega said the club was hoping to encourage both younger and more mature residents to take up tennis and enjoy its benefits.
“It will be a fun morning with lots of free things and activities, including free tennis racquets for those who enrol on the day for discounted tennis lessons,” Mr Bujega said.
There will be a jumping castle at the event, face-painting, prizes for participants and tennis coaching.
The open day will take place on Saturday, May 12, from 10am to just after noon.
The Mount Carmel Tennis Club is located in St Anne’s Primary School on Stewarts Lane, Sunbury.
