Minecraft fun in Macedon Ranges

Macedon Ranges residents aged 8 to 12 years old flocked to the Woodend library last week for a range of school holiday activities.

Entering a world filled with challenges, tests and fun along the way, local school children enjoyed competing against each other in Minecraft.

Creativity and skills were put to the test for the online game, which continues to engage a new generation of children following its release more than a decade ago.

While students will be returning to school next week, they will be able to enjoy the last week of activities at Goldfields libraries throughout the shire and surrounding areas.
