A Wyndham Vale man was found with a suspected gunshot wound in Sunbury on Monday, October 31.
Police said detectives are investigating after emergency services were called to Shields Street, following reports of a man lying on the ground injured about 12.45am.
“The 59-year-old man has been taken to hospital with what is believed to be a non-life-threatening injury,” police said.
“At this stage the incident appears to be targeted and the Wyndham Vale man has not been forthcoming with information to police.”
