A network designed to give Sunbury businesswomen opportunities to meet and talk about how they juggle career, family and life will be launched at a fundraising dinner next month.
The first Sunbury Business Women’s Network event will include performances by contortionists and jugglers and a talk by comedian and media identity Libbi Gorr. Sunbury Square shopping centre manager Marnie Harding says the network will be open to women from different backgrounds.
‘‘We will offer support, guidance and inspiration,’’ she says. The dinner will be at Estelle’s Restaurant, Vineyard Road, Sunbury, from 6.30pm on October 1. Tickets: $80 (includes two-course dinner and drinks). Money raised will support breast cancer research.
