‘Ni hao’ for knee-high students

Pre-schoolers and primary school pupils can say ‘ni hao’ (hello) to Chinese language and story-time programs in Sunbury.

Children can join teacher Ying Meng for stories at Goonawarra Neighbourhood House from 4.15-5.15pm on Tuesdays.

A language class is held at the same time on Fridays.

The sessions are designed to help prepare children for the jobs of the future and add to other Mandarin programs in the wider area.

With a focus on entertainment and fun, the story-time sessions are aimed at helping toddlers and their parents learn together.
