Kyneton Football Netball Club’s community fun run is back for a third year, this time to help raise funds for the Royal Children’s Hospital.

The Kyneton Community Track and River Fun Run will take place along Kyneton Racecourse and the Campaspe River Walk on Sunday, February 18. Participants can opt to walk or run either five or 10 kilometres.

The family event will also feature a jumping castle, music, cricket activities, massage tables, a barbecue lunch and egg and bacon rolls.

KFNC president Karen O’Sullivan said the club had decided a portion of the funds raised this year would go towards the Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal.

She said the annual event was a really lovely way to start the year for the club.

Entry will cost $25 for an adult, $20 for a child, $80 for a family of four and $100 for families of five or six.

The event will run from 9am at Kyneton Racecourse, 44 Campaspe Place, Kyneton.
