A large team of volunteers will serve up a warm welcome to guests at this year’s community Christmas Day lunch at Kyneton.
A traditional spread and plenty of festive spirit will be shared as part of the eighth annual alcohol-free event, organised by Macedon Ranges council and Cobaw Community Health.
‘‘[It’s] a wonderful opportunity to get together at a special time of year,’’ Cr Jennifer Anderson says. ‘
‘We can help with transport if you are unable to get to the hall and we’ve even got Santa coming along with a sack-full of presents.’’
