Jester holds court in school holiday program

A court jester magic show will be part of Hume council’s school holiday program in Sunbury. Mayor Helen Patsikatheodorou, pictured with Hannah, 7, Jonathan, 9 and Luke, 4, says the free event, from 2pm on July 5, will be heaps of fun.

“Hume’s library holiday program offers children a chance to experience something different, and it’s a great way to meet other families from the local neighbourhood,’’ she says.

Cr Patsikatheodorou also encourages kids to visit their library on other days. “Hume’s libraries are well-heated and enable children to snuggle up with a great book. There are so many wonderful fiction and non-fiction titles, which children of all ages can enjoy.’’
