Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal crash which occurred in Gisborne early Friday morning.
Emergency services were called to the intersection of Campbell Road and Kilmore Road about 3.40am after reports a car had left the road and rolled.
On arrival services located the male driver deceased in the vehicle.
The exact circumstances surrounding the crash are yet to be determined and investigations remain ongoing.
