Scoot on down to Lancefield Skate Park on Saturday for a free scooter event.
Run by Macedon Ranges council’s Music in the Sticks team and FreeZa, the Scoot-Fest will be open to scooter riders of all ages and abilities.
There will also be a barbecue, entertainment and prizes on offer. For $5, scooter riders will have the chance to learn new skills and challenge themselves in workshops led by globally renowned riders Dylan Morrison and Angus Varney.
A free community bus will transport participants from Kyneton, Gisborne and Woodend.
Bookings for the bus are essential. Scoot-Fest will run from 10am-2pm.
