Relax your mind and body at the Centre for Wellbeing Foundation’s open day this weekend.
The foundation is a not-for-profit organisation that offers services for people to learn how to improve their wellbeing.
It provides massage therapy, ear candling, reiki healing, ifas treatment and bowen therapy.
Foundation president Sandra Maqueda said she focused on a holistic approach for healing.
“This is an opportunity for people to come and view our premises, learn more about what we do and the programs we run,” she said.
“All of this is to help you better understand what you can do to naturally improve your health and wellbeing.
“With its unique ambiance that we have created for tranquility and healing, people are invited to take a stroll through our organic garden and if you wish, enjoy a taste of bliss in our healing room.
“We will also have natural heath practitioners give free talks … on various topics. They will also be offering on the day brief treatment, consultations [and] assessments for free.”
The open day is on Saturday, October 26 at Sunbury Neighbourhood House, 531 Elizabeth Drive between 10am-3.30pm. Professional talks begin at 10.15am.
