Emergency services responded to reports of a fire in Gisborne on Friday morning.
Paramedics arrived at the Hamilton Street blaze about 11.45am.
A man believed to be in his 50’s with upper body injuries has been taken to The Alfred Hospital in a stable condition. Two people have been taken to Royal Melbourne Hospital.
