Thousands of race goers were trackside for the 2019 Kyneton Cup last Wednesday.

The 3500 strong crowd watched and cheered on as Midterm dominated in the 2000 metre feature race, the bet365 Kyneton Cup.

Double You Tee came in second and Pacodali placed third.

Kyneton Racing Club events operations manager Lisa Evans said the 2019 Kyneton Cup was one for the ages.

“It was a great atmosphere,” she said.

“It was a family-friendly event and the sun came out in the afternoon which was lovely.

“There were lots of contestants for Fashions on the Field and it was popular as ever.

“It was a great day for racing, great day of entertainment. People were really engaged and there were no incidents.”
