The threat of rain couldn’t deter thousands of racegoers from frocking up for the Kyneton Cup last Wednesday.
The hotly-contested Fashions on the Field, hosted by Bree Laughlin, offered more than $8000 in prizes.
On the track, jockey Brad Rawiller aboard Taiyoo, beat Tristram’s Sun, the winner of the past two Kyneton Cups.
The $200,000 win was a triumph for trainer Darren Weir, who also trained Melbourne Cup runner-up Heartbreak City.
