Macedon Ranges council is being taken to the Supreme Court by a landowner over the Romsey Structure Plan, council announced on April 14.
In a recent project update, council said the landowner is claiming council made legal errors in its dealing with the review of the plan.
Council said it does not agree it made any errors and it will not comment further on the case at this stage.
The directions hearing for the case is scheduled for June 21.
