Tonight is the night you can catch the best of the best young Macedon Ranges musicians take part in Battle of the Bands.
In June, Macedon Ranges council called on young people aged 12 to 25 who think they have what it takes to get on board with the live music competition.
Hosted by Music in the Sticks, BOTB 2022 is happening at Kyneton Town Hall on July 29, showcasing great local talent and giving young people within the FReeZA program an opportunity to learn new skills and gain experience performing live.
The bands set to battle it out include:
• My Ontological Friend
• The Seventh Circle
• The Trentham Trio
• Junkyard Wizards
• The Ivy Walkers
• Sack of Flour
• The Mods
• No pass-outs
Starting at 6pm, it’s an all ages, fully supervised event and is drug, alcohol and smoke free.
Entry is $5.
