Artists across the Macedon Ranges are being encouraged to step up and make their mark on the shire.
Macedon Ranges council is currently seeking applications for talented artists to share their artwork across public spaces this summer and Autumn.
Mayor Jennifer Anderson said the program is about bringing businesses and the artistic community.
“Our communities and local businesses have faced enormous challenges during the past two years and through the Arts and Culture Outdoor Activation we will be engaging different artist/producers to program art works and performances in town public spaces to encourage increased levels of outdoor activity and enhance the vibrancy of shopping and dining precincts in our towns,” Cr Anderson said.
Application close on January 24.
