The Macedon Ranges’ best chefs, produce and wine will be key ingredients for an unforgettable night in Trentham this Saturday.
The fifth annual Growers, Cookers and Eaters Dinner includes a five-course banquet, with food sourced from top producers to be put together by the likes of Annie Smithers from Du Fermier, Mark Mills and Brendan Hutchinson from The Plough, and the Cosmopolitan Hotel’s Michelle Birrell.
Trentham Hub co-ordinator Justin Walsh says money raised will go to a non-profit fresh food distribution initiative that will start later this year.
