Sacred Heart College is a Catholic co-educational secondary school that offers broad-based contemporary learning and teaching for young people

of the Macedon Ranges.

The school has a rich heritage, established by the Sisters of Mercy more than 130 years ago. That proud Mercy tradition continues to be lived out through the school’s core values, practices and school environment.

The college’s long association with Kyneton and the surrounding communities provides the foundations for its close relationships with local primary schools

(both parish-based and local government).

These relationships are highlighted during Catholic Education Week where all schools in the Melbourne Archdiocese celebrate their commitment to the holistic education described in the 2023 theme, ‘Forming lives of faith, hope and love in the light of Christ’.

Discover, create and Learn at the Sacred Heart College open evening. School open days provide a valuable opportunity for families who are working through the process of choosing the right school for their child.

In 2023, Sacred Heart College encourages families to learn more about the college at its open evening on Thursday, April 27, from 4pm – 8pm. This event will offer hands-on experiences for children, aimed those in years 3 – 6, allowing them to immerse themselves in creative and learning opportunities, while parents discover more about the diverse educational offerings and supportive wellbeing structure that are central to college life.
