Design style that will stand the test of time

In its Liverpool 25 design, Porter Davis has tapped into the iconic look of the American Hamptons. Its classic facade fits in with any streetscape, reflecting simplicity and elegance kerbside.

Indoors, the world of Hamptons appeal is on display, the first eye-catching element the beautiful wainscoting which appears in entry hall, living areas and the gorgeous street-facing main bedroom.

The colour palette of crisp-white combines with accents of blush rose, dusty blue and deep indigo, anchored by dark matte floor planks, while drifty sheers dress large windows admitting streams of natural light.

Two of the four fitted bedrooms range along the entry hall, while a short passage ducks across to the other two, as well as the separate toilet, laundry and main bathroom. The latter is a stylish affair, with an oval freestanding tub, and a smart stone-topped vanity and frameless shower.

Twin walk-in robes are a feature in the lavish main bedroom, where the wainscoting underscores quality and elegance, as does the full-height window. The sleek en suite, with dual basins, is equally appealing.

Wrapped in three living zones, the large kitchen is stunning. Brushed-brass tapware, pendants, and fittings on the profiled white cabinetry are classy additions, marrying with the stone-topped waterfall island bench, marble chevron-patterned splashback tiles, and extensive benches. The walk-in pantry is decked out in similar vein.

Three glass sliders – two cornerless – provide wonderful flow from the living areas to the deck which juts out from under the roofline to the back garden. Beautifully sheltered and spacious, the deck is the perfect spot for entertaining in or out of the sunshine.

The double garage has internal access to the entry hall.

The Liverpool 25 is a sophisticated offering, with every element considered for liveability, and a design style that will stand the test of time.
