Get your spooky costumes ready for the upcoming Blue Light disco at Sunbury Memorial Hall on October 28 for primary school aged children. The theme is Halloween and entry

Get healthy

Pull on your walking shoes or jump on your bike with Cobaw Community Health’s new healthy lifestyle groups. Walkers depart from various locations on Wednesdays and Thursdays, 9.30-10.30am. Cost is 50 cents. The free cycling group departs from Kyneton and Lancefield on Thursdays and Fridays, 9.30-10.30am, and Kyneton on Sundays, 10.30-11.30am.

Talk about sustainability

The Macedon Ranges Sustainability Group invites you to hear Professor Kate Auty speak at the guest presentation in Woodend on October 11 from 6.30pm to 8pm at the Woodend Neighbourhood House.

A boutique makers market featuring homemade, handmade, homegrown products from around Macedon Ranges and further afield at Hanging Rock Reserve, South Rock Road in Woodend on October 30 from 9am-2pm. Entry is $5.

 

Art of healthy minds

Artists from Anglicare Victoria’s Mind and Care Connect will share their art to celebrate Mental Health Week. Paintings, mandalas, poetry, quotes and yarn crafts will be on display at Kyneton town hall October 11-13.
