Sacred Heart College

Expansion and growth is on the horizon for Red Rock Christian College.

The college is an independent, Christian school for students in prep to year 6, however it is now taking enrolment for students who will be in year 7 for 2015.

The school is situated in the semi-rural outskirts of Sunbury which encourages creative, dynamic play in the younger children and provides a healthy, safe environment for young people.

Red Rock aims to encourage, challenge and inspire each student to learn, develop in character and understand the world in which they live.

As a Christian school, it seeks to work with parents and guardians to develop principled, thoughtful and analytical young people who are prepared to influence their world with integrity.

Red Rock believes in actively preparing students to influence their world from the day they enrol. The college provides them with a safe, nurturing environment that teaches them to explore, ask questions, think deeply, to respect others and to be just and compassionate.

Red Rock believes learners develop understanding through meaningful engagement and real life application.

The college’s goal is to have learners that take personal responsibility for their learning, collaborate with their peers and teachers, become excellent problem solvers and team players and develop skills and habits of mind they will need in the future.

This is achieved by active engagement in a range of experiences including music, Japanese, sport, art and community involvement.
