Welcome to the very first edition of the
Sunbury and Macedon Ranges Star Weekly.
The Sunbury and Macedon Ranges Star Weekly is one of six new titles being published in Melbourne’s western and northern suburbs by MMP Star, a joint venture between Metro Media Publishing and Star News Group.
MMP Star will also publish the
Melton & Moorabool Star Weekly, Northern Star Weekly, Wyndham Star Weekly, Brimbank and North West Star Weekly, and the Maribyrnong & Hobsons Bay Star Weekly. Total circulation for the six publications is more than 310,000.
The merging of MMP and Star’s newspapers will create the best publication in each market, featuring engaging journalism and a compelling environment for our advertisers. It is our ambition that your Star Weekly paper will play a major part in the social, political, economic and sporting life of Melbourne’s western and northern suburbs, an ambition reflected in our positioning: “Your community, your voice”.
