Macedon CFA open day

Macedon CFA is opening its doors for a community fun day.

The Macedon CFA is opening its doors for a Community Day and Fundraiser.

Visit the station on Saturday 28 February for a day of family fun, food, and special guests including Macedon local Chris Humfrey from Wild Action Zoo and a handball competition with AFL legend Dipper.

The community can also meet the volunteer firefighters who keep the town safe, participate in an auction and win prizes, play some virtual reality games, purchase plants and local goods, enjoy hot food and a barbeque, a wood chopping demo, jumping castle and a petting zoo.

All funds raised will go towards the Macedon CFA and its volunteers.

The event is free and all are welcome.

Visit te Macedon CFA station on the corner of Victoria and Smith streets, Macedon, from 9.30am on Saturday 28 February.
