Telstra is inviting the Woodend community to have their say on a new mobile phone base station.

Telstra has proposed to install a new mobile phone base station on the existing 40m Monopole at Marriages Basin Water Filtration Plant, Yalonga Road, Woodend.

The new mobile site will comprise of the installation nine 4G/5G Panel Antennas on a new headframe on the monopole; installing two Out-Door units at ground level; and installing ancillary equipment.

Submissions are accepted until 5pm on Thursday 26 February.
