CFA responded to a house fire in Kyneton on Thursday night.
Crews arrived to the scene about11.19pm to find a fire out the front of a propety had spread to the building on Palmer Place.
CFA said the fire had partially impacted the house.
CFA said nine units responded, with Ambulance Victoria also on the scene.
The incident was declared under control at 11.47pm and safe at 12.11am.
CFA said the scene was handed over to police for investigation.
