Police have arrested a Diggers Rest man following an alleged fatal stabbing in Point Cook On Sunday.
The alleged altercation took place outside accommodation on Point Cook Road at about 2.45pm on Sunday, August 13.
One of the men involved died at the scene.
The 28-year-old Diggers Rest man was arrested nearby and is assisting police with their inquiries.
It is believed the two men were known to each other and homicide detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
