Sitting above Jacksons Creek escarpment over Emu Bottom is Sunbury’s newest community, Kimberley, with sales to launch this month and an information session on Wednesday, February 8 to learn more.
The residential project has a lot to boast: 2000 lots and gas free, the development by award-winning Villawood Properties will feature a resort-like residents’ club, three schools, a retail centre and a new Sunbury North railway.
“It will also host top-line playgrounds, trails and broad open space, well-greened urban precincts and iconic nature-inspired sculptures, and views across Sunbury and the Macedon Ranges,” Villawood Properties said.
“Architect-designed affordable homes, diverse housing lot options, block-for-block donations to bush reserves and re-opening of Jacksons Creek to the public will also be key features of Kimberley.”
The information session will run from 6pm to 7.30pm at the Kimberley Sales Centre, Balbethan Drive and Lancefield Road, Sunbury.
