More than 500 cars and motorbikes are expected to convene in Sunbury for the annual Kruze 4 Kids Car Show.
Held on Good Friday, the fundraiser is back for the seventh time – and it’s set to be even bigger than before.
Organiser Brad Radclyffe said he expected more than 500 cars to attend this year, compared to the 400 in 2017.
“This year we have a whole new range of cars coming out,” Mr Radclyffe said. “Car clubs from all over Victoria have jumped on board.”
He said people were coming from as far as South Australia and New South Wales to be a part of the show and contend for the trophies.
“We have absolutely every type of car at the event.”
But the day is not just for car lovers.
The fundraiser also offers ‘family fun’, including live music, market stalls, pony rides, raffles, auctions and a selection of food.
All proceeds from the day will go towards the Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal.
Mr Radclyffe started the car show to give back to the hospital after spending a lot of time there as a child. It has raised more than $50,000 in the past seven years.
Kruze 4 Kids will be held on Friday, March 30 at Langama Park, Sunbury.
Public entry is by gold coin donation and entry in the car show costs $10.
